Do you want to stay in shape and exercise during your stay? Row on the rowing machine, cycle on the exercise bike, run on the treadmill and do your squats in our completely renovated fitness area! You can also book an individual workout with personal trainer Laura Lohuis.

Did you come here to relax and get away from your busy daily life? Or for a business stay? Whatever your reason, at De Wilmersberg you have come to the right place, surrounded by nature, peace and quiet.

Relaxation means something different to everyone. Exercise can also be relaxing! For guests who fancy some physical activity during their stay, De Wilmersberg joined forces with personal trainer Laura Lohuis. She is passionate about sports and is convinced that exercise eases and relaxes the mind.

Would you like to stay active during your stay? You can! Laura teaches different types of workout classes: from 1 on 1 trainings to small group workouts. This can range from an intensive one hour nature hike to a full body workout where we put all our muscles to work!

Rate per workout (duration: 45 minutes):
- 1:1 € 60
- 1:2 € 70 (together, € 35 p.p.)
